I honestly don't understand this complaining about the engine. I don't notice this "harshness", I love the feel and sound of the car on the entire rev range. Must be

I honestly don't understand this complaining about the engine.

I don't notice this "harshness", I love the feel and sound of the car on the entire rev range.

Must be because this is my first sports car.

afterall I only owned a clio 1.5 diesel and 1.9 diesel megane coupe before this

It's all relative....Just like the OP's experience. I've had 8 Porsche's so I have a different perspective..

Very true. I've had Porsches, too. There is no comparison in the engine department. Porsche engines rev strong and smooth, as do engines by many other marques. Why Nissan can't get this drive-train right, I don't know.
