not complaining just saying
Well gotta go another week without my Z. Dealer still waiting on some parts to
put here back together which sucks. But wanted to make one comment which i feel strong about but don't miss understand this is not a vent session. My rental is a ford focus!!! Anyway ford as improved in a lot of areas. anyway here is my issue. this focus came with the ford sync sound system which works great. the quality of this sound system blows away anything the z has to offer. i know buy aftermarket but nissan really dropped the ball on this one. if your going to build a best in class imo sports car damn invest 500.00 more in a decent factory system. the cars got looks, handling, runs like a raped ape and the stereo sounds like it came out of a Yugo. Sorry i got carried away. |

Don't know where you've been but owners have been complaining about the Z's sound system(including the Bose) for quite some time now.
IMO, who needs a system when you got music flowing through your exhausts? |

Came out of a Yugo, that's funny and sad at the same time! Ford and Chevy have really improved there quality, and looks!

a good stereo in a sports car, not goona happen stock. But again the stereos in todays cars are leaps and bounds over the stock stereos of cars even 10 yrs back, so count yourself lucky. The Bose in my Z sounds pretty good, but I like hearing the exhaust when driving. No stock car is going to give an audio freak the sound they want.

i agree will all that's been said.i'm in line with everyone else.
my point was only the z looks like it could cost 5 to 8 grand more but once you turn on the radio you might as well turn it off. but i'm into sound systems so i shut up and enjoy the view. it just burns me that my first upgrade should be my last. |

On the drive there from GA was long but ok. At one point I was in some back road highway in TX that was straight and flat for miles so I was able to get to 150.
