Seriously, the Supra has been my all-time favorite while my wife loved the 300zx TT..... but I will not spend $40+ on a 97 Supra! Lol, I love the 370z! Just comparing

I'm pretty sure the Z would wipe the floor with the Supra.

Stock your probably right, but there is seemingly no limit to the power the 2jz can handle.

Good luck finding a Supra or RX7 that hasn't been modded.

iv owned 300zx twin turbo, supra twin turbo and now 370z ....... the supra felt to have more power than 370 and 300zx. the power come on really hard and builds rpm alot faster and when boost is added there is no comparison! the 370 is alot better in handling feels alot more nimble and i think looks way better than a supra!. just before i i bought the 370z i moded the supra hardcore built 3.2L stroker kit and single hks to4z turbo kit the power was over 650 at the wheels on 20psi . the 300zx had alot of over heating issues so sold it after 6 months. 370z with a 2jz gte would be a great thing! i wish nissan had put a set of turbos on the 370 z from factory! save having to build a motor to handle a decent amount of boost at the track and last

MKIV Supra competed against the Z32.
MKIII Supra competed against the Z31.

Toyota has no current Z competitor.

Stock vs. Stock the 370Z should out perform
The MKIV Supra in all areas. The MKIV Supra was only a little quicker then the Z32TT. Obviously the response to mods is much greater when dealing with boosted applications.

I'm hopeful there'll be a FT-86 with a TRD turbo option... something to lure me away from the Z in a few years... we'll see...

A good used one would likely cost as much as a new Z....

You can get a few modded with low, low miles (7k to 20k) for about $45-55k.........about 550-625whp.....man, so pretty but it isn't new!

Anyways, just seeing if the fun factor, driveability, and mods comparing to owner of both! Thanks!
