I don't get what kind of brain damaged wanker would do such a thing to ANY car

yes this kinda thing sucks bigtime and the worst part of it is if you catch the pricks and give them a beating, the law will come down on their side. Or you could restrain them and they claim excessive force you're screwed in the eyes of our law. the law is to blame for a part of this too.
