Oil temp on my new Z.

I've been noticing that my oil temp runs right around 210-215. The outside temp is around 95-100 here in TX and I was wondering if that is about what everyone

The outside temp is around 95-100 here in TX and I was wondering if that is about what everyone else is seeing. Oh, BTW, today I have my plates put on (dealership did it). On my way home I noticed the oil temp between 220-230. At first I thought wow, that plate really must interfere with the air flow. When I got to the house I went to look and a Frito Lay wrapper had got caught right over the vent where the cooler sits! LOL What a coincidence.
