Fun question for Auto guys

I'm just slow i guess. This is my first AT with paddle's which i really like but i find it easier to use the stick back to down shift forward

This is my first AT with paddle's which i really like but i find it easier to use the stick back to down shift forward to up shift. keeps me focused on the road. but do find myself using the paddles more and more.
