what would you do with the money? Buy the best parts for your Z..... a new house down payment...NEW CAR....what?!! I'm just alittle bored right now and the thought popped into my mind. But...I would pay off the Z... get a supercharger, the 19" TE37's...I cant afford that right now :( ...... black/white paint job, with Jason( from Friday the 13th) airbrushed slashing out from the rear passenger wheel well (haha..seriously), buy my husband a boat and thats all :) Oh and hope to find a cure for my bulldog's f*cked up allergies. Again..just curious to see how many Z owners want money for their cars haha

Probably pay off the car. Put the rest in some house upgrades.

I'd pay off the Z, probably take half of what's left and throw it towards the mortgage, then keep the rest in the bank.

Sorry, but I'd buy a GTR. I just love them.

Well I have grown up with the mindset I need to be investing at all times, while still enjoying life, but investing first.
It does become annoying when I could just drop loads of money on a nice house or into my car and have TT/SC body kit, etc. Being responsible sucks sometimes, but other times. :happydance:

At retirement time when you're going on world cruises and others are eating TV dinners in their apartments, then it's really :happydance::happydance::happydance::happydance:

Cause when you really think about it... 100k really cant buy a whole lot nemore. Plus Im only 26 so I figure I got a good 40-50 years before retirement so I have time to save lol.

100k is a down payment on a house here..So it would go towards that. And maybe a little on the Z but nothing more than just simple bolt-ons(my car is stock).

First I'd pay Uncle Sam his share of about 30%. So what would I do with around $70K? I'd leave the cash in the bank and investments while borrowing against it. Then the pricipal would be used for kids college funds.

YES..I'd love to buy a GTR...but paying off the Z would be 1st on the list! $601/mo is killing me...seeings-how I'm buying a new house in 16 days :) Money is going to be TIGHT, but totally worth it, I think. Got the car and the house I wanted....and the family, I can't leave out. But an extra $100k couldn't hurt haha. Be nice to not have to worry about the future, ya know

I should be starting ONLINE schooling around fall :) Luckily my job pays for it 100%..as far as the money goes..I also need new furniture for my new house! Have none except for a love seat..since I aint taking the dingy couch and recliner the dogs have slept on...no way. ALL NEW stuff needed. Will make due for now, I guess, that I have no choice haha

I'm surprised so many people would pay the Z off if they had spare cash laying around. Even if you spend 5 or 6 grand over the life of the loan in interest, you get to the keep all that cash in your "pocket" for 4-5-6 years. Properly invested one could expect much larger returns than the cost of the interest. Especially with the turmoil in today's markets. Those in the know will make a killing.

I don't really think many of the 370z owners are "in the know" as far as investing goes. No offense to anyone on the forums lol. There is also a lot of risk involved in that compared to paying off the Z and having a liquid asset.

pay off school = 20k
buy a z = 36k

use the rest as a down payment for a house.
