To beat or not to beat

I'm curious - how many folks are planning to have a beater car along with their 370Z as opposed to using their Z as the main ride?

Have to give my sister my car which is basically a beater now, in return my parents help with financing for my 370z coming in March. If I ever need to use a bigger car my family has a sequoia and 2 older Lexuses!

I love the Z and all, but this thing is not a lambo. No reason to make a 30K car a garage queen.

My Z will be in the shop getting work done to it pretty often, so I'll need another car. I decided to keep my 90 300zx so that I have that car to drive while my 370z is getting worked on. I still like my 300zx, so I won't have a problem. I know I'm going to be totally spoiled on the 370, but it could be worse... My beater could be a 79 Honda.

Mine won't be a garage queen, but with all of the pea gravel on the roads right now I take my truck most of the time.

Right now when I buy my Z it will be my daily driver, however my parents have a 1997 Buick with low miles that I might buy from them to use as a winter car.

I'll use my '08 Honda CR-V during bad weather days, and my Z during nice days.

your telling me, last night going home, some truck in front of me picked up a rock straight the the hood, took a chunk of paint and proceeded to the windshield, where i now have a crack in the center of it. It has ruined my weekend.
