If the cars does or doesn't launch well it will have a huge impact on this stat. Evo's have good 0-60 and 1/4 mile times, but are horrible above 80mph. If a car has under a 5sec 0-60 and less than 14sec 1/4 mile time it is considered "fast". Most of my driving is done on the hwy. A more important number to me would be a 40-100 mph time.
