The 0-60 times are based on entering traffic from a stand still ,would you buy a commuter car that took 13.2 sec to go from 0–96 km/h | 0-60 mph trying to enter a busy highway,check out Volkswagen Beetle.Better hope you can see a long way or hope the traffic slows for you while you build up speed.

Its an important stat if you use it in this context.

How often do you roll up to 100mph on the highway? Also, the 1/4 mile time makes it over your 100 mile mark anyway.
