Pardon silly question - is there a suit coat hook in Z?

The rear does allow you to lay a suit down neatly, despite the absence of said hook.

I laid mine down in the hatch and hooked the hanger to one of the unused cargo hooks in the back to prevent it from flying all over the place... It worked pretty well.
