Pardon silly question - is there a suit coat hook in Z?

No

The rear does allow you to lay a suit down neatly, despite the absence of said hook.

Yeah, just lay it flat in the hatch and you're good!

I'm thinking about rigging something up behind the passenger seat.

the back of the seat can hang it.

I laid mine down in the hatch and hooked the hanger to one of the unused cargo hooks in the back to prevent it from flying all over the place... It worked pretty well.

Check here they might have something...
