oh ok, sounds good then. i did read some of them were real stubborn.

does the pedal have that much slop(play) at the top without the spring?

Mhm. Maybe 1/2" of free play and maybe 1/8" side to side wiggle. Hopefully those will disappear when I put the new spring in, but it's not too annoying.

Thanks for the info. Yah, I think the piston alone will stop the wiggling.
