I drove to and from work, then ordered some parts when I got home. I got the illuminated kick plates from Fred Beans, K&N filters from Amazon and HPS tubes from Corsport.

Can't wait till my stuff comes in! Hopefully can feel some extra power from the filters and tubes.

been thinking about doing the hypertech (was it?) to remove the DBW delay...

im not interested in a fullblown uprev type dynotune.

I drove it to work and was saddened by how dirty it is. I'm about to take it home on my lunch break. It will get a wash sometime this week after the storms come through tomorrow.

Finally the weather was nice enough to take my roadster out! First time I started it up since right after New Years Day. Turned over a little slow but started up no problem. After a few minutes on the road, I was again reminded of why I decided to keep my toy which I'm still paying for....at least for now!

Washed and dried her just before dusk last night and tucked her into the garage.

Backed out of the garage, got out to close the gate, went in the house to grab my coffee... and by the time I came back out of the house, she was already covered in pollen.

No problem! I will trade off the pollen for nice weather! Nice to have a little seat time with the top down. Happy sping everyone.

Speaking of springs, my Swifts are supposed to arrive tomorrow... on my actual birthday. How cool is that?

i'd pull out my shopvac in blower mode and just blow that pollen off if you're car's clean.

yesterday - first interior wipe down/vacuum/detail

today - drove with S-mode off and realized how pathetically slow my shifts have become due to SRM holding revs between shifts. lazyness!

tonight - quick wash to rinse off the sprinkles i got caught in the other day. it sprinkled some huge rain drops for a few seconds and turned pollen into polka dots

I picked up some red/polished goodies today from FedEx...but I'm not quite sure what they do? I think it had a brand name on it called "Tial"???

Finally washed my recent birthday present to myself. Instead of "pollen yellow" it's now metallic grey...no wait, it's kinda purple...no, more like greyish silver.

Damn, I love the 40th!
