Did a quick photoshoot today. Feeling SUPER rusty on my D90, havent been shooting much lately. It was midday too so I was battling the sun

Finally did my Swift springs install sat. Went smooooth

Yep. 6 point socket, breaker bar and and my big-a** pipe usually does the trick, but not this time.

Thanks Happy. Yeah, it was the best one I took today. Sun was givin me probs and I only got to shoot for about 20 mins. I see all these guys with these HDR shots on here, I really wanna get into that.

Isn't it just merely taking at LEAST 3 shots via a tripod? one low exposure, one high exposure, and one normal? Then just blend into one? What software do you use to blend? I have a D60 fyi...

Thanks!! Although those shots are not HDR

I dont have any HDR software. I want some though!

It stands for High Dynamic Range. Here is an example, its Boost Lee's car, another member. Beautiful shot.

High dynamic range (HDR) imaging is a more accurate representation of light intensity you would normaly see in real life. You can however, exaggerate those values to give it a surreal effect. Some iPhone apps can "fake it" with a single photo, but you need at least 3 exposures to capture a true HDR.
