ewwww kenchan...front license plate
anywho...i installed my 15mm spacers with 60mm nismo lugs! (excuse the dirty car..got caught in a drizzle the other day ) rear is pretty much perfectly flush. however the front could go for another 5mm or so, but i forsee lots of rubbing if i went bigger in the front. all in all im thoroughly satisfied and it didnt take that long to do with an impact wrench either! |

So opened up the hood damper kit and cleaned up the brackets so the edges are perfectly straight, corners are perfectly 90 degrees. . Will hit it with some primer and spray it matte black. After taking this pict I noticed the bracket was not sitting perfectly flat so put it in my vice and bent it to shape with my pliers. |

Got up at 6 AM and was on the road at 6:07. I left my brewed tea at work and discovered I'd run out at home. Few are up at that hour so a new speed record was set. The two cars on the road both pulled over to let me by. I am off to a great Sunday and it's still early.

Went motoring this am in the Z. . Was a nice drive. After the drive I put the car up on ramps again to add 2 more nuts and bolts to hold the splitter as the tape wasn't holding the piece as snug as I wanted.
Also painted the hood damper brackets matte black. I need to go to the artsy store again to pick up some gunmetal paint. Got a tiny blemish on the rear wheel... |
