wow that has to be one of the most retarded driving maneuvers ever. i imagine HER insurance is paying for everything, including the damage to your Z and your house/property. Did she acknowledge that it was her fault or did she try to undermine it like 'oh yea i made a silly mistake WHOOPS I DROVE INTO YOUR HOUSE! TEE HEE!'
I mean seriously, what if you were playing ball with your kid in your driveway or something. this type of driving fail is unacceptable. Last edited by Jeffblue; 05-26-2010 at 07:52 AM. |

Accidents are one thing, but response is totally another. If she was more remorseful over her civic than my Z I would have permanently branded her forehead with a Hyundai logo... Bish was prolly talking on the phone...

Sorry to hear about the accident...uhg other drivers suck. As for the gap, my passenger side does have a visibly larger gap at the point where the roof meets the hatch. I measured with my calipers and the driver side is 0.126 and the passenger side is 0.165. Essentially it really just looks like the passenger side roof trim piece (part that the windows go up into) is just a bit too short.
I didn't even notice this until 4r3s pointed out to me that his was the same way. Both our cars are like this from the factory. Hope this helps. |

Thanks for the help guys, so far we have 3 members here confirming that the hatch gaps are "slightly" unequal from the factory. Makes me feel a little better. Maybe it was just 09 models?
I'm thinking about stopping by the body shop tomorrow to take some pictures. I'll post them up so you guys can see. Again much appreciate the help fellas. |
