I put 19,000 miles in 1 year. No regret what so ever.

I put 10,500 since the end of October when I bought the car (even after having it sit in a shop for weeks getting repainted). Also, don't regret it at all. My commute is about 70 miles each day, and I still drive it around as much as I can when I'm not working.

I figure I do plan on keeping the car for a long time if they don't release a new Z, but eventually it will share the garage with another car. Perhaps a GTR, if they still exist by the time I'm ready to do that in 5 or so years.

I used to be hung up on the mileage thing and coming out of highschool I bought my first commuter car, boy I felt like I made the right move. Now that I'm older mileage doesn't matter that much to me, life becomes shorter as you age. If you take real good care of your cars they will still look and drive good down the road.

It's my daily driver, and she rests most of the weekends.

I trudge through my day to day in my truck, and grocery-get in my girlfriend's car, so the 370Z is for maybe once a week commute on Fridays and on the weekend if I'm not hauling mulch for the garden or some such chores. Some weekends, I've got Navy Reserve duty and I don't normally use it for that either because I don't trust those parking lots. In other words, the Z is special. I've had it for 6 months now and it has about 1800 miles. The good part is that its going to be with me for a long time this way.
