Who to email at Nissan about experience at a dealer?

I recently purchased a new 370z from Nissan of St. Augustine and was wondering if there was a more direct person I could email at Nissan about the excellent treatment they gave me, rather than submitting an entry through the nissanusa.com contact us form.

I don't have an answer for you but I do wana give you credit for wanting to tell Nissan about a positive experience with the dealer. Like on here I'm sure they mostly hear the bad stories +1

im not sure about nissan but most manufacturers send out an email to see how your experience was. Both nissan and the dealership will see this. Ive worked at vw and honda and they both had a survey system.

how about instead buy 3-4 dozen donuts and bring them to the dealership and tell your sales guy and his boss how awesome of an experience you had? that'll make their day.

man, you can call Nissan North America and they will make a note of it. the dealers get some rep points I've heard.

If you poke around Nissan's website, you'll see "Other Nissan Websites" (or similar), you will find listings for executive contacts there.

I would ask them yourself what you could do to recognize them for their services. That way they can tell you exactly what youll need to do.
