Calling Nissan is great, but what would really help the dealer and salesperson more would be filling out the survey. You will get a phone call in a few days, followed by an email in a few weeks. Those surveys usually tie into the salesperson's bonus, and also help the dealers rankings against other dealers.

A letter to the owner of the store, naming those that helped you goes a long way as well!

Also, there are alot of websites such as dealerrater.com, that always seem to have negative things, so posting something there would be greatly appreciated!

I called the Nissan consumer affairs number:
Nissan Consumer Affairs
P.O. Box 685003
Franklin TN 37068-5003
(800) NISSAN-1 (or 800-647-7261)
8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.,
Eastern / Central Time / Pacific Time
Monday through Friday

They filed my comments and I got a call today asking if I wanted to add anything further and just to confirm the call I had yesterday I believe.

Anyway, it was Nissan of St. Augustine where I went and now I'm the proud owner for a Yellow 09 370z + sport. I'm all grins when I hit the throttle now :>
