I would suggest unplugging the negative battery cable. But first roll down the windows, then unplug negative battery cable for a few minutes. Now connect negative battery cable back up.

I would suggest unplugging the negative battery cable. But first roll down the windows, then unplug negative battery cable for a few minutes. Now connect negative battery cable back up. Now you have to "initialize" the windows. Get in car and close all doors, turn to "on". Roll up window and hold the button up for 3 seconds. Make sure it rolls up and down automatically. Do passenger window.
