Would you buy a 250Z?

Rumor has it that an Infiniti G25 is on its way over with the VQ25DD - a naturally aspirated 2.5 V6 with direct injection making 210hp/195tq.

If Nissan put this engine in the Z, would you be interested?

Obvious pros are a lower entry price (probably around mid to high $20k's - $27k would be my guess) lighter and better fuel economy.

I think your forgetting all about the vk56, or the direct injection version of it, or they could always go crazy and do up the vk56tt<------gets my vote

It would be interesting only if it were a much smaller and much lighter model. I'm saying Miata/Z3 sized with real go-kart handling. It would probably be a lot more fun to drive than the 370z.
