Truck and SUV sales are down, a lot! But (I'm guessing) that was because of the price of gasoline when it was 4 dollars a gallon.
Nissan is asking for bailout money, that has surprised me! I think discontinuing the Armada would be a good idea.
I thought the Armada and the Pathfinder were the same thing now? No? I know the Titan and the Armada are essentially the same product.

Edit: I looked them up their different. Oh well.

Even if Nissan does not freeze Z production, they will certainly cut back production number. That will make the Z waitlist longer and longer.

I would not assume them cutting back Z production. They will if the demand is not there for their current forecast. I think they will first cut the production of those vehicles that have already exhibited a weak demand.

There are "only 2" on the local lot. They have been there a month.

^^^ What dealer has not had any move? I have been watching the Phx mkt pretty close and there have been some sales. Pinnacle in Scottsdale has sold at least 10 since they have been out. I have seen several move at other dealers.

Edit: I did not want to imply they are hard to get. You can get great deals in this market. I actually have been shocked by how many the NE dealer has moved.

It will be interesting to see how they move here in Canada. The dealers seem to think they'll be sold before they hit the lots.... Not many are pushing to sell out West at least...

West Valley, Peoria, and Avondale (who got their inventory a little later) have all been stagnant. Not too surprising that the east wide would be selling these better than the west side though.

Maybe in Phoenix, but not here.

BTW, if they are abundance, then why someone were willing to pay sticker for it.
