Question about ZDayZ Event
 

Is the ZDayZ event something one should plan ahead for concerning routes and hotel / food / fuel accomodations or is this something that can be enjoyed in an ad hoc fly by the SOTP fashion by just throwing a suitcase of clothes into the car hopping in the car and traveling down there without any idea as to where you will sleep and etc?

And does this event have callable maintenance roving around in case a tire blows or a mechanical breakdown occurs?

At least you should have a reservation for a room and register for the ZdayZ events which if you go for the $60 one you have free dinner every night of the event and a T-Shirt at least.

I doubt that anything is available at Fontana but there are hotels within distance of the Fontana Village.

Also you should have road hazard assistance with your car insurance or if you bought a package rom the dealer.
