A favor please!

Okay here's the story...I bought my car sight unseen from a dealer a hundred miles away. When the car arrived on a flatbed it did not have a front license plate bracket/holder. So I ordered one online ($75 WTF?!) and it arrived yesterday. The problem is that it does not seem to fit properly when lined up with the two little holes on the bumper. So I called the parts place and they assured me I had the correct one.

Sooooo if any of you would do me a favor and snap some pics of your front license plate/bracket and post them I would really appreciate it! :tiphat:

^^ why didnt you just ask the dealership to send you one instead of buying it yourself

I mean, over here...front plates are not used and i still got the bracket anyways in the trunk.......

Because they are complete retards. They screwed up ordering my license plates and forgot to send a temp tag with the car as I requested. I am tired of dealing with them.

^^ this totally bothers me...i hate when shops treat you like garbage when you buy stuff from them

I always call them back and teach them a lesson
or just go there myself and show them how to run a business

You are not thinking about drilling through your front bumper, ARE YOU???!! I think I would let someone drill through my heart first before drilling into my bumper. There are so many different options. Have you contacted any of our sponsors? STILLEN made the most popular license plate braket for the 350Z and I'm sure they (or many of our other sponsors) are working on a some kind of prototype.

Both my cars are registered in Delaware..
No front tag FTW.

I have made an album for you with the kit and its parts. I was going to keep it all tucked away and sealed, but thought it better to try to help you out. Here is the link: Front License Plate Holder Factory Kit

The part number on the back of the holder should read: Nissan >PP+EPM-T15< 96212 1EA0A

Thanks SoCal, what I wanted to see was how it it mounted on to the front of the car. Like I said no matter how I line it up with the existing holes it doesn't sit flush. So I'd like to see some of the brackets actually attached to the vehicle.

Did you drill at the two factory dimples? When I hold up the holder to the front bumper it is flush.

So am I supposed to be able to reach behind the bumper in order for the screws to tap into the white cylinders?

Do those white things expand, after the screw is inserted?

Do you insert the white things first, "from the front of the car", then insert the screws?

I have no idea, and don't want to screw them up, pun intended!
