btw, moving to Oklahoma tomorrow, was the VP of the biggest Z club here in El Paso, gonna start one up there and hopefully have a meet sometime in the near future in OKC, just an FYI.

Use the MM with the DC off. Hold it at 1500 rpm and hit it on the last yellow light, shift at 7300 rpm. Never take your foot out of it even when you shift with the paddle shifters.

Trade for a manual ??????
Just wait till GTM get me the 2700 rpm torque converter with a modified VB.

A "GOAT" doin the high 13's??? Some drivers... It just proves to many people think manuals are better but really don't know how to drive them when the moment of truth hits. I personally seen most GTO's run between 12.9 and 13.3, without mods. I guess the best way to ensure you get max performance is go auto. Lol

Participate in the event and then no matter how well you do just make a best time lie. No one will ever no the difference and you will sleep like a baby at night. :happydance:
