my beef was the seats. im a j-folk and the same j-folk that designed the 370z could not fit me in correctly. wtf is with that?

but thanks to modshack and his suggestion about using spacers, etc i was able to fix my seat height and now it's perfect. im luving my Z right now.

oh yah, the other beef was the HU. it sucked...so got a DVD HU and rearview camera.

Agree with black paint and sand/dirt noise in the wheel wells just kills me. Do the splash guards help this at all? I have them, just havent installd them yet.

Would I trade it back for another car? Never
Would I trade it for a PG? Yes

The thing that I notice most frequently is the lack of side view - even though I've gotten used to using the side mirrors when changing lanes, I don't like not being able to turn my head and see what's next to me. And the side mirrors don't help at all when backing out of a parking stall - you just have to back out slowly and hope that anyone coming will stop to avoid you.

The only other thing that sometimes (depending on the road conditions) gets to me is the road noise.

Never enough darn power. 370 should not only mean 3.7 L but also 370 HP.

Mirrors are my only complaint. They are made bigger on the inside so you can see farther behind you (like on a truck or pickup), but they block forward 1/4 visibility and I would rather have them the same size as the 350Z

No wait - lack of digital speedo. I miss that from my 350Z

I'm not crazy about the oil consumption. But I guess with all these new tight tolerance engines that require 5W oil with the viscosity of water to meet the lubrication needs, I guess some burn off is accepted. #2 - Not crazy about the Ipod issues with newer generation models. #3 - Showing my age here, GOD I miss my Z's having T-Tops.
