Okay so just move from Hawaii to san Diego and I live in a apartment instead of a house and I didn't expect to see rain here In Cali. My question is where can I buy an inexpensive car cover that's water proof .

define "inexpensive". What's your price range? The cover I use is $120, but I also have to deal with snow (and need an SUV size to completely cover my car including the wheels). For just rain you can probably get away with one around $80. PepBoys have good ones.

You can go to Pepboys, Advance Auto, AutoZone, etc. Remember there are different types of covers (outside, inside & outside, inside, etc). Also you want a breathable(sp)cover.

Don't go too cheap!!

you honestly thought California would receive no rain???

I would not get a cheap cover, they are just that... cheap! I've had several california car covers and they are great.

You want a car cover and park outside (in a share/public park?), wouldn't that create attention to some hatred?
