To answer your origonal question, I think the issue is a wiring harness of sorts that taps the inside of the brace, where the brace joins in the interior trim.

To answer your origonal question, I think the issue is a wiring harness of sorts that taps the inside of the brace, where the brace joins in the interior trim. If you haven't noticed the bulk majority of us have some form a rattle or another. Mine is the buzzing noise you describe, I haven't been bothered enough by it to have it fixed as the issue is only intermitant.
