I agree that z34 is pretty noise car. I actually felt the loud noiseness while on the high way, and on the road where had hell lot of small sands. lol

i remember my cousin kept complained that she feels like she on the airplane

OP- it's also possible you have defective wheel bearing(s). They get progressively louder from about 50mph and have a eerie sound... Kinda like a DC10 if you know jets.
