I think my 09 Nismo might have this problem. It sounds almost like an old CRT TV thats been left on. High pitch buzz thats kind of hard for me

I think my 09 Nismo might have this problem. It sounds almost like an old CRT TV thats been left on. High pitch buzz thats kind of hard for me to hear. I have problems making out the high pitch sounds because my ears ring when it is quiet.
