Default Front Wheel Guards

Anywho, when I try to install the holes that already exist on the car don't line up with the guard correctly. There are three holes two will line up just fine but the third is almost impossible to make work without bending the guard big time.

Anyone know what I'm doing wrong here?

Not sure what you are doing wrong, but I was told the purpose is to direct air to the brakes.

These are air splitters to help direct airflow around the tires for better aerodynamics/decreased drag and steering response at high speeds.

To the OP...where'd you order your "wheel guards" from? I'd like to buy an extra set but when I search for the part number on Courtesy Parts' website I can't find 'em.
