40th Anni Owners - Opened the car cover yet?

Just wondering if anyone's opened and used their 40th Anniversary car cover? If so, could you snap a picture?

Yes, this is a testament to how lazy I am.

Thanks,
Adam

I opened the box to see that I have a black car cover. It's tucked away in the garage right now and likely won't be out of the box till winter time. :icon17:

After I wash mine I am going to put the cover on it. Will post a pic then if somebody hasn't beat me to it.

Is that sold directly by Nissan or someone else?

djpathfinder 04-02-2010 10:09 PM

I'm pretty sure you can get one from Nissan. On the box the label had 2 check boxes: black and satin. Black was checked off on mine. The cover has 370z 40th Anniversary written on it.

:iagree:
I'm in the same boat, I'm actually thinking about buying an older truck to use as my daily driver!

I don't think so anyway. I bought mine to be driven and enjoyed. It'll be a garage princess long enough during the winter. :icon17: I like how it has unique paint and color combination, but I didn't buy it expecting or hoping it'll be a classic or collector's item in the future. For a true classic you have to wait 25 years anyway, and it's usually the first production year of a particular model that has potential to be a classic. So, I'm not afraid to use and modify the car. :driving:

Mine is a garage queen. I have a whopping 58 miles on her. My daily driver is either a Tundra or Sequoia. Now I will be driving the Mrs Roadster she just bought.

Not fair!!! Mine is at 1800 miles mark and it only less than 3 weeks old. Pick her up at only 7 miles:mad::mad:
