Plenty of guys have driven their Zs through snowy winters with proper snow tires with no issue. As far as the roof rack goes, there is a company called Boofsquire

Plenty of guys have driven their Zs through snowy winters with proper snow tires with no issue.
As far as the roof rack goes, there is a company called Boofsquire that makes special racks for the 350 and 370 that will accept standard bike, snowboard, and other mounting hardware. I provided my car to them last year for development and have the pre-production final prototype in my garage.
