My wife calls my car Thomas -- as in Thomas the Tank Engine, because of the color. I keep telling her to knock it off because Thomas the Tank Engine is a slow-a** little choo choo train and the Z ain't no slow-a** machine. At that point she just laughs and says she's going to paint a big "1" on the side of my car.

I named my '81 280ZX "Kayla".... needless to say our first daughter was strangely named Kayla as well after the fact.... she wasn't to impressed that she was supposedly named after the car until I told her it was just a name I liked. That seemed to go over a little better I suppose my next daughter will expect the 370Z to be named after her

I called my first car "Brown Piece of Sh!t". It was an honorary name.

My 97 LT1 Firebird I called "Damn IT! You broke again?"... Well, at least that was what I said the most around it.

My 2002 Trans Am I called "My Baby!" And she was!!! Until the tramp went off with someone else.

My 90 Z I call "Sweet Heart" because that's what you call girls when you want something... I just want Sweet Heart to start when I want to drive.
