What Would You Want (2011 370Z)
Name top 3 new or improved things you would like to see for 2011's 370Z.
In no particular order: 1.) Added coat protection/ clear bra installation. 2.) To compete with the competition, the 370Z definitely needs to add more horsepower. 3.) Stiffen the suspension and lower the overall height. |
all forged internals. Actual PAINT, not fingernail polish. Fix oil cooling problem

Oh oh, here we go with a "let's sh!t on the 370" thread.
|
1. To address the huge blind spot problem, rear view camera standard with touring model (screen in the rear view mirror).
2. Definitely more stock horsepower. 3. Move the clock down to the radio and replace the 3rd gauge back to oil pressure, A/F ratio, etc. |

I was really hoping for a Superbird style wing and maybe an underbody LED disco light kit....:stirthepot:
|
1. Have Leather Seats and door inserts be a separate option from the Blose system
2. Love my PG Z but think seeing the 370 in Sunset Lemans would look amazing 3. More clearcoat 4. Dump Bose/Clarion and strike a deal with another audio manufacturer so your average person doesn't have to gut the entire audio to enjoy nice sound. 5. A stock Turbo option would be sweet. 6. A new gas guage and a non digital clock would give a classier look |

I noticed a few of you think the Z needs more horsepower, this isnt an issue, the Z has plenty horsepower, but what it lacks is Torque, 270 ft./lbs isnt going to cut it these days, I'd like to see the TQ numbers on par with the HP, 332hp with 310-315 ft./lbs would be a good target to hit.

Nissan could probably make an engine similar to it, but the Z would be very expensive. The VK45DE from the last gen M45 would've been perfect in this Z. 325-335 range for hp and tq. Plus it would sound badass. |
450+ Horsies
Make it much smaller and give it go-kart handling. Dual Clutch No wheel arch noise Or Front wheel drive 130(ish) Horse power Fart can exhaust Tiesto CD glued into the stereo, volume permanently glued all the way up. Mismatched pre-bondo'd, unpainted body panels Glued on engine porthole vents Crappy steel front wheels, alloy back wheels Blue LED washer jets. :ughdance: |

I would say the paint and front end aero dynamic/styling. It seems to attract a lot of rock chips, the same goes for the windshield.
I can live with the blind spots, once you are used to the car is no problem. |
