Sure, I can agree with that. But the SyncroRev never actually slows down the RPMs.

These threads are tiring..

Go and turn sync rev off, then shift up and hold the clutch in, and coast.
Your RPM's will drop to under 1k
Doing the same thing with rev match on - will hold your rpms at the best RPM.
Its not that hard to understand.

It's better for the car to be left on all the time since it's so accurate. But, if you're a good enough driver to be accurate it has little advantage as far as wear on the engine.

I drive with it on all the time. It's supposed to be better to leave it on though.

The car was designed to have it on all the time. I don't think it really matters weather it's on or off and won't harm the car unless you miss a lot of your shifts while it's off.

C'mon. How much? One tank? Two tank average? Same EXACT driving route and conditions? I seriously doubt that the test was rigorous enough to have any statistical significance at all. I'm open, however - show me the data and how you conducted the test.

same routes... but maybe ive been driving it harder. ill keep a closer observation next time and write up some data
