My '70 Triumph TR6 has the following problems as a sports car:
Heated side mirrors - Huh?
Climate control - engine heat
Gas mileage - depends on how much the carbs leak
Chassis lubication - engine oil leaks at speed
Oil leaks while parked - free garage floor protectorant
intermittant wipers - free with Lucas electrics
Auto light dimming - free with Lucas electrics
Road noise - you've got to be kidding
engine overheating - in Texas you have to be joking
Fun to drive - what a hoot!

370Z driving experience - unreal, ordered mine - a PG, persimmon,sport,6m

OK, Ive got one - forgive me if its mentioned already.

The gauge pods on the dash - the little lips on the top? They squeak a lot it seems when I hit bumps. It took me a while just to figure out what the squeak was, until I pressed one, and just barely touching it produced the same, irritating squeak! Anyone else got this?

Oh yeah, I think I have the "moving seat in spirited driving" problem, too

Not here, but the passenger's side taillight squeaks where it meets the rear bumper fascia as it is moved. I noticed this when I was washing the car.

Lack of telescoping steering wheel.
I'm 6'2 and I like to sit close to the steering wheel (wrists rest on top of wheel) but in order to get this close to the wheel my legs have to bend at almost 90 degree angles and my knees hit the bottom of the wheel. If I move the seat back to accommodate my legs, the steering wheels becomes further away than I would prefer.

I now have a major rattle from the back some where, and my right rear tail light is filled with moisture.

When the 350's came out in 02 that was a major complaint also, but on them it was about moisture in the headlights.

yes they do. However, condensation issues in a tail light is not a new MY issue. that's simply quality control issue. It doesnt take many trials and errors to corrently seal a plastic housing. Engine, tranny, etc issues, yes they can be a new model issue. Not tail light condensation.

Well, condensation in the lights are a medium-sized deal, but let's wait for more than 1 guy to say it before we consider it an "all around" issue.

Is the fuel door lid lockable? From what I've read it seems like anyone can push the fuel door lid and open it. If that's the case then it sucks because malicious people can open the fuel door and pour sugar into the fuel tank.

^ more concerned about people stealing gas than sugar in the tank, but still, a lockable fuel door would be nice.
