I have the same issue. Been to the dealer 3x on this. They say it's my phone compatibitity. But I've had 2 different phones in this car; Palm Pré, and Motorola Atrix - both are same as you described. Nobody can hear me worth a sh*t despite screaming into the mike, re-setting the out-going volume, etc. I can hear them fine; just not reverse. I've given up. I don't even use it, and that really p*sses me off. Otherwise I love my car, but the fact that Nissan won't address this properly and install a new mic in my car, bugs the bejeebies out of me. I personally think there is some sort of interference with the mic hook-up and the body of the car; maybe the way it's run, whatever. I think it needs to be re-run.
