i agree 100%. My s2k which i beat the living crap out of everyday AND at the track laughs everything off and asks for more. This car by far has been the most reliable sports car let alone any car i've ever owned. All you have to do is change the oil and it will last forever. Nissan is not known for their reliability and build quality....but still after boasting about how well this car is built over the 350 made me feel good...but we will have to see a little longer.

S2000 is a Honda, and I say that as a compliment. They know how to build reliable cars. Nissan is good at engineering, need to get their fit/finish and reliability up to Honda and Toyota levels. Just my opinion, no flames please. I do love my 370!

what? you mean i paid 40k for a 30k car? i dont think so. YOU might have bought a 30k 370z, but not all of us. i except the quality to follow the price of the car.

let me guess, a lancer evo is really just a 14,000 vehicle lol

Performance is the same on the Z no matter if you paid 30 or 40. My point is that you get alot of car for not much money.

BMW is >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> in that direction.

LMAO.

Really? It's kind of strange, my sticker says $41,415. I bought it in January. So while you may "technically" have a $30k vehicle, I in fact do have a $40k vehicle.

I dont have one yet, but my point is you can get the base model with sport package which is really what this car is all about IMHO for a little over 30. I would never call this a $40,000 vehicle no matter how much I paid. It just isnt worth that IMHO. To each his own I guess.

yes they do. However, condensation issues in a tail light is not a new MY issue. that's simply quality control issue. It doesnt take many trials and errors to corrently seal a plastic housing. Engine, tranny, etc issues, yes they can be a new model issue. Not tail light condensation.

Well, condensation in the lights are a medium-sized deal, but let's wait for more than 1 guy to say it before we consider it an "all around" issue.

Is the fuel door lid lockable? From what I've read it seems like anyone can push the fuel door lid and open it. If that's the case then it sucks because malicious people can open the fuel door and pour sugar into the fuel tank.

If your doors are locked you can NOT open the fuel door, at least that's how mine works. If you do not have the intelligent key with you can not open the fuel door.

^ more concerned about people stealing gas than sugar in the tank, but still, a lockable fuel door would be nice.

definitely not flaming. Why do you think im so involved in the 370 site? Honda has been doing nothing but disappointing enthusiasts for the past few years. They got absolutely nothing sporty going for them. No s2k replacement, no nsx successor, no rwd 6 cyl coupe, no nothing. All they're doing (with toyota) is creating tree hugging instruments. That's exactly why a lot of people are converting to nissan. Nissan is doing everything right rite now for enthusiasts. I love the 370 too and appreciate your feedback!
