Radar Detector

The V1 is great. Had it for over 5 years. I like my 9500 better though. Eliminating the false alerts around the areas you always drive by is real nice.

The V1 is great. Had it for over 5 years.

I like my 9500 better though. Eliminating the false alerts around the areas you always drive by is real nice. No beeps unless it is a real cop on your normal routes after you block out the false ones. Miss the arrow but you learn the direction by the sound. I did have to send it back to get an upgrade since I was getting false laser alerts from laser cruise controls and other new stuff. It was an early model with the original software.

Can not go wrong with the V1, K40 or Escort. I would stick with one of those three though. Cheap ones are real annoying with all of the false alerts.
