Default Using Jack Stand...where to contact point?

I bought a pair of Rhino Blitz Ramp then I realized the Z is too low to drive up the ramp. I have to remove the air dam, even then there is only 1/4 inch clearance and I'm afraid the Ramp will scratch the bumper since i have the clear bra installed on the front fender over the weekend. If the ramps contact the fender, it will tear the clear bra.

Now i want to buy a jackstand to hoist the front of the car high up enough so i can slide the Ramps underneath the front wheels. The question is i don't know where's the contact point is. anyone?

Not sure if it is implied but you will need your scissor jack to slighty lift the front of the car--just high enough that you can slide your regular jack underneath the dimple.

I have a low profile jack and it is good for lifting the rear without having to use the scissors.

Just to be clear, the rear garage jack point is the differential?

Can you confirm or explain in a little more detail where the front garage lift point is? It's hard to tell from the picture in the service manual and I don't want to mess anything up. Is it the dimple that faces downward in the sheet metal cover that is right in front of the lower cast aluminum suspention brace?

it's the black cross beam.
dont put your jack under your oil pan and lift.

when you place your jackstands on the side rails make sure you have an adapter like a hocky puck with slit or piece of wood with a slit so that you dont put the weight of the car on the rail itself. there's a little hump behind there where the weight goes onto.

GL.

Crap, I can't identify the black cross beam. Is there a picture anywhere to steer me in the right direction? I have searched for quite a while with no luck.

Can someone circle the rear and front jack points? Diagram is confusing and people's descriptions are confusing (to me!). Rep will be awarded

Zmyride, i have rhino ramps too and i use some thick wooden boards such as 4x4s or whatever you call it to get up the ramp and it doesn't really scratch. i seen a black 370z from time to time, wonder if that was you. i'm in the sunset area.

Is it the large center dimple that protrudes downward in that silver cross brace just behind the black plastic cover?
