Window won't come up due to programming?

Hi all,
Did anybody have window problems on brand new cars? I have a 09' Nismo. You know how when you open the door, the window lowers a little, and closes when you close the door. Well at the dealership, all three nismos had shared the same problem. Every time you open the door, the window goes lower and lower and lower and won't come back up. According to the dealership, it has something with the alarm system the dealership had. They had to re-program the car to make the window work. Does this sound right?
Any way to tell if they loaded the correct software. The Nismo has different software.

If this is affecting your Nismo simply look in your owners manual on how to reset (it's very easy). Also, if people are playing around with the door switch at the dealership, while the door is open, this will start the incremental window creep down each time you successive close and open the doors.

Shame on the dealership for not knowing their product. (And people wonder why some dealers are not liked?)
