Drive COLD or WARM?

I have a tube that reroutes all my exhaust fumes directly into the cabin, to bring up the interior temperature right away after a cold start.

I guess it depends on how much of a rush I'm in. Since I make it a point never to be in a rush, I guess I go with option #1 usually.

in winter i usually warm up for 3 minutes. it is not going to kill you and it is doing your car metallurgy good.
