happens to me all the time. easiest way to see it is start from a stop, rev a little and slip the clutch for a couple of seconds, then lift off throttle and simultaneously push the clutch back in. you should notice a slight rpm increase for a moment. like others said, it's probably due to a mix of a heavy flywheel and also a slight lag time in the response of the electronic throttle

i was out driving my car today (just got it last night) and it definitely blipped the throttle between my 3-4 shifts. it happened a few times, but only during the 3-4 shift. this wasn't the throttle "lag" that you guys keep mentioning (i noticed that as well), this was an obvious blip of the throttle...
anybody else experience this? |

this is most likely it |
It is the flywheel momentum...if you go WOT and then shift at say 5k, the flywheel momentum will carry the RPMs up another 500 or so, but if you take it to redline and the engine is winding out, you don't really get this effect.

That blip happened to me but with the SRM on.
