Dealer messed up
 

So I just noticed Saturday where the door meets the window its cut, likely from taking off window sticker! Called deal (bought car on 19th) they said they would fix it if they did it. Wonder if anyone else had this problem. SO PISSED RIGHT NOW. Cant take it til tomorrow and boss will be ill as is.

That's why I will spend as much time as I need inspecting a new car with a microscope before taking delivery. Don't be surprised if the dealer blames it on you. Hope you can get it taken care of.

A few guys have had this happen....Usually caused by the get-ready kid with a razor blade, cutting off the protective plastic.

Get the dealer to replace the panel..

At least Im not the only one. So stressed ready to take it to get taken care of. If they believe in word of mouth they will remedy the situation. I had to take delivery at night because of my job, and cant get back down there til tomorrow morning cause i am working out my 2 weeks at said job.

Took it by this morning service guy said it was obviously their fault just has to have gm sign off and they'll order me a new panel. Said it took awhile to get another guy a bumper bc its a nismo but that was when it first came out. So relieved!

kinda early to be relieved... they will now scratch something else while doing the fix. ;) jk
