well, i checked the carfax on it, the car had 2 previous owners one had it for like 10 days and the 2nd had it for a well 7 months

well, i checked the carfax on it, the car had 2 previous owners one had it for like 10 days and the 2nd had it for a well 7 months or so. i just want to know what is there i should look for so there wouldn't be any hidden problems with the car that's not visual? that you won't really find out when you test drive should i open up the hood and look for something in specific ?
