Ok everyone...I'm caught up as of this posting so if anyone has contacted me by PM or by email and haven't heard back from me, please let me know.
As I've mentioned before, while I can issue claim numbers up to and including Wednesday the 31st; realistically, if you haven't asked me for a claim number and essentially already have the deal worked out, it's going to be difficult if not impossible to get the deal done by/on the 31st. I again want to thank everyone for the response; it's been quite incredible!!!  Robert
