Might be getting VPP on a 40th. Does this mean we would have to take delivery by March 31st, or just sign the contract by then? It would be easier

Might be getting VPP on a 40th. Does this mean we would have to take delivery by March 31st, or just sign the contract by then? It would be easier for me to wait until the following weekend, but if it works out, I can expidite to be on the safe side.
