Have it checked out at the dealer, like it has been mentioned. The sensor might be defective..... l

No sweat I just wanted to know if anybody else was experiencing the same deal that's all. To the dealer it goes while it's there I'll have them order the springs for the hatch.

No issues here either. Let us know, if you don't mind, what the problem was after the dealer fix. Thanks.

The only other time I've heard of someone's messing up was during an oil cooler install where they had bent the bracket putting the sensor too close to either the cooler or condenser. No bueno.

Vegasboricua 02-19-2010 09:08 AM

who needs a temp sensor :) lol jk. That blows, but yeah warrenty should cover that. I'm glad I havent had the hatch spring problem :( I only live like 3 miles from the dealer I know everyone there from the manager to the service guys. They love me especially since I bought 2 new cars from them last year lol...Good luck with everything!

nuTinmuch 02-19-2010 10:22 AM

I've never had problems with 'em, but they are a common problem on pretty much every car that has them. Real easy fix, though.
